Annual Fire Extinguisher Service
Visually inspect all the fire extinguishers for proper weight, correct type of chemical, or damage. Includes annual fire extinguisher certification tag punched with the date service was done.
Recharge or 6 year periodic teardown
Recharge as well as an inspection of all internal fire extinguisher components such as o ring, valve stem and chemical. We will replace any components that are either damaged or worn out to the extent that service pressure would not be held.
Hydrostatic test consist in testing the integrity of the fire extinguisher cylinders by pressurizing cylinders to manufactures test pressure (usually three times the service pressure). After they pass we fully dry the cylinder and recharge them and place a placard behind the cylinder with the date service was done.
